DALC is listening – a couple of weeks ago, our Chair shared a blog post showing how your feedback has helped shape some of the recent changes here at DALC. You mentioned the restrictions of a Monday to Thursday advice line – we are now open on Fridays so we can offer a 5 day service across the week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm. You told us about the difficulties of working with the other tiers of local government, and since then we’ve signed a Civic Agreement to work collaboratively with the County Council, and have advised on co-working between district and local councils.
Your input truly matters to us, and guides our future planning. Now, we’d love to hear from you again as we plan for the next phase of our development.
