We’re pleased to share that county associations across the South West have joined forces to deliver a new CiLCA Study Support Programme, pooling our expertise and resources to offer clerks and council officers a high-quality, structured route to achieving this nationally recognised qualification. The programme is led by Sarah Mason, an experienced CiLCA-qualified practitioner and former chief executive of the Cornwall Association of Local Councils.
