Our member councils are invited to attend our AGM, taking place at 10am, Wednesday 7 October 2026, at Exeter Racecourse.
As members of DALC, each council or parish meeting may send representatives to attend and speak at the AGM but only one attendee from each council or parish meeting may vote at the AGM; voting cards will be issued on arrival.
Councils unable to send representatives to the event may use the Form of Proxy to appoint the chair of the meeting as their representative to ensure their votes are counted. Forms of proxy must be completed by 9am on Monday 5th October for votes to be counted.

The AGM forms part of our annual conference; you can book your place at the event here. If you wish to send a representative to attend the AGM only, you will not be charged. Please indicate this when booking, using the notes box provided. AGM-only participants will be expected to leave promptly at the end of the meeting.
