This new webinar will provide an overview of the main provisions of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) (TUPE) and give an outline of how TUPE operates

Course Overview:

This session will cover situations where TUPE will apply and address the rights and obligations arising from TUPE, including the automatic transfer principle, protection from dismissal, restrictions on changing terms of employment and obligations to inform and consult with employees.
